- Under the Act, you have the right of access to your personal data held by CWSB on payment of fee as prescribed in the Act.

NOTIS DASAR PERLINDUNGAN DATA PERIBADI
- Selanjut dengan keperluan undang-undang dan peraturan mengikut Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 ("Akta"), Commercial Wings Sdn. Bhd ("CWSB") bertekad untuk melindungi data peribadi yang dibekalkan oleh anda kepada CWSB.
- Notis ini dikeluarkan dalam Bahasa Kebangsaan dan Bahasa Inggeris. Sekiranya berlaku apa-apa percanggahan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Kebangsaan, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai.
- Sepanjang transaksi dan urusan anda dengan CWSB, anda mungkin diminta dari masa ke semasa untuk memberikan CWSB, secara langsung atau melalui borang laman web dan/atau kaedah elektronik yang lain, data peribadi anda yang mungkin termasuk nama, nombor kad pengenalan, alamat surat-menyurat, alamat e-mel, nombor telefon, dan/atau maklumat lain yang berkaitan bagi tujuan pengumpulan data peribadi yang terkandung di dalam bahagian (4) di bawah ini.
- CWSB mungkin akan mengumpul, menyimpan, menggunakan dan selainnya memproses data peribadi anda untuk tujuan

- Jika anda tidak mahu CWSB manzahirkan, memindahkan, menggunakan atau memproses data peribadi anda selain bagi perkara-perkara yang di senaraikan di dalam bahagian (4) di atas atau jika anda ingin menarikbalik persetujuan anda atau sebahagian daripadanya atau ingin menghadkan pemerosesan data peribadi anda, anda boleh menghubungi kami secara bertulis di alamat seperti yang diberikan di dalam bahagian (14) di bawah ini.
- CWSB akan menzahirkan data perbadi anda kepada kategori pihak ketiga berikut sepertimana yang diperlukan bagi tujuan-tujuan yang terkandung di dalam bahagian (4) atau untuk tujuan-tujuan sah yang lain:
- pihak berkuasa kerajaan, majlis dan industry pengawal selia tempatan;
- juruaudit, konsultan, akauntan, peguam, syarikat insuran atau penasihat kewangan termasuk institusi kewangan yang berkaitan;
- agen, pengatur acara, operator rangkaian, perkhidmatan atau pembekal produk pihak ketiga;
- mana-mana pihak dibawah kewajipan kerahsiaan kepada CWSB; dan/atau
- entiti lain yang CWSB anggap patut
- CWSB akan mengambil langkah-langkah praktikal untuk melindungi data peribadi anda dari kehilangan, salah guna, ubah suaian, akses atau penzahiran tanpa kebenaran atau tidak sengaja, pengubahan atau pemusnahan.
- CWSB akan memastikan bahawa mana-mana dasar keselamatan yang digubal atau dilaksanakan oleh CWSB mematuhi tahap keselamatan yang dikehendaki di bawah Akta tersebut dan apa-apa undang-undang yang berkuat kuasa dari masa ke semasa.
- Mana-mana data peribadi yang diberi oleh anda akan disimpan oleh CWSB selama mana yang diperlukan untuk memenuhi sebab-sebab yang dinyatakan di atas atau sebaliknya dibenarkan oleh mana-mana undang-undang yang berkuat kuasa dari masa ke semasa.
- Jika mana-mana data peribadi tidak lagi diperlukan bagi maksud yang mana ia diproses, CWSB akan mengambil langkah yang munasabah untuk memastikan bahawa data peribadi tersebut adalah dimusnahkan atau dipadamkan secara kekal.
- Di bawah Akta tersebut, anda mempunyai hak akses kepada data peribadi anda yang dipegang oleh CWSB apabila anda membayar fi yang ditetapkan mengikut Akta.
- Data peribadi yang diberi oleh anda kepada CWSB mestilah tepat, lengkap dan tidak mengelirukan. Jika anda tahu bahawa data peribadi anda yang dipegang oleh CWSB adalah tidak tepat, tidak lengkap, mengelirukan atau tidak terkini, anda harus membuat permintaan bertulis kepada CWSB untuk mengemaskini data tersebut.
